Our highly professional team operates the vessels entrusted to our management safely, efficiently and in an environmental friendly way. Competitive and guaranteed daily operating cost, without taking shortcuts, are achieved through the vast experience and expertise of our staff, who all have a strong technical, nautical and commercial background.

All our technical management activities are handled via the subsidiary MINMARINE Shipmanagement GmbH & Co. KG.

MINSHIP understands that completing dry docking-, repair- and conversion projects in a quality-related, timely and cost efficient manner is the key element for Owners. This is guaranteed by the policy of MINMARINE Shipmanagement GmbH & Co. KG (a subsidiary of MINSHIP) that two superintendents accompany each project.

MINSHIP is highly experienced in the supervision of newbuilding projects and conversions in both, China and Japan. In the last decades, MINSHIP’s team of experts supervised the newbuilding of several bulk carriers from Handysize to Panamax and the conversion of various bulk carriers to combined cargo carriers.

MINSHIP offers a wide range of finance services. The portfolio ranges from the complete accounting, the preparation of quarterly reports and the annual financial statements for auditing. It’s self-evident that the tasks assigned are in accordance with the principles of proper accounting.

ICT manages systems both for the head office and for the vessels and provides an efficient workflow environment. This is achieved with a powerful combination of proven software, as well as specialized tools and internally developed applications enabling e.g. remote maintenance.

MINSHIP aims to continually improve the quality of our services and has highest demands towards operational safety and environmental protection on board of our vessels and within the shore organization.

We therefore focus on a clear strategy: Quality requires permanent responsibility. Our goal is to be able to offer our clients the best possible and cost-efficient all-round service through regular checks and adjustments. By this, both safety and the protection of the sea are highly valued.

Therefore we have implemented an Integrated Management System which exceeds the mandatory requirements of the ISM code. A certification under ISO 9001 and 14001 will be completed soon.
