OUR CREW PLAYS A VITAL ROLE AS THE KEY TO OUR SUCCESS
We are in charge of the Full Crew Management of multiple vessels, mainly in the bulker segment.Long lasting cooperation with our seafarers is key to our success. Therefore, the crew planning is done from our Headquarter in Schnaittenbach, Bavaria, while using the service of manning agencies worldwide for recruitment, local administration and support.
Technical management
MINMARINE MPP is a sister company of MINMARINE, which is focused on the technical management of multipurpose and heavylift vessels.
Both companies are members of the MINSHIP group, a privately owned independent group with a tradition reaching 1970s with a clear focus on bringing value to the ships and the projects the group is involved in.
Our highly professional teams operate the vessels entrusted to our management with the focus on safety and efficiency paying special attention to the protection of the environment as well as to our social responsibility. Thanks to our expertise and the experience in the management of dry cargo vessels, we keep the operational costs at a competitive level without compromising on quality.
The structure of the company as well as its corporate philosophy gives us the flexibility to customize our services for the satisfaction of our customers. We serve all our clients driven by our passion for the shipping business.
